This is why we do our best to reply to support requests as soon as possible.

The maximum time you should expect to wait until you receive a response from us is 12 hours during weekdays and 24 hours on the weekend.

Our support team is available between 8am and 7pm (GMT). We usually reply within 15 minutes.
