Koalendar is committed to making scheduling accessible for the people who create booking pages and for the invitees who use them to book appointments.
Our current Accessibility Conformance Report, based on VPAT 2.5Rev, covers Koalendar’s public scheduling experience. The evaluated scope includes booking pages and the core invitee booking flow: selecting a service or meeting type, choosing an available date and time, entering booking details, confirming the appointment, and reviewing the booking summary.

WCAG 2.2 Level AA
Koalendar’s public scheduling experience was evaluated against WCAG 2.0, 2.1, and 2.2 Level A and Level AA success criteria. The report was published on May 12, 2026 after testing by Equal Agency.
An initial audit identified WCAG-related issues. Koalendar addressed the findings, and a subsequent retest confirmed that the identified issues were resolved. At the time of the report, no WCAG criteria covered by the tested scope remained unresolved.
Scope and implementation notes
The VPAT report applies to Koalendar’s public-facing scheduling workflows used by invitees to book appointments.
Accessibility of embedded or integrated implementations may also depend on customer configuration, implementation choices, surrounding page structure, and adherence to Koalendar’s documented integration guidance. For example, customers embedding Koalendar on their own websites are responsible for the accessibility of the surrounding page and should provide descriptive iframe titles where applicable.
