Choice Removal is a Google Forms add-on that automatically removes responses in your form when they've been chosen. Use this to manage your appointments by creating a Google Form with your available dates and times as choices to a question. Once someone picks their preferred booking, it is erased for all next respondents. Because the add-on is on Google Forms, it doesn’t integrate with calendars and other applications. It’s also tedious to set up because the interface is not intuitive. You’ll also need to input your availability manually, which will take a lot of time.
